The Monterey Peninsula Bailliage of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs has been planning, hosting & producing legendary culinary events on the Central Coast of California  since 1976.  Members are Chefs, Restaurateurs, Sommeliers and Gastronomes. 

Membership is by invitation only.
