Cuvée, the National Members Magazine of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs has recently been updated once again. The new digital platform represents an exciting step forward in how the Bailliage des État-Unis shares news, celebrates achievements and keeps us connected with Nationals news and our fellow Bailliages across the country. 

Each monthly issue will present national news, member spotlights, chapter activities, culinary features and stories that highlight the depth and heritage of our Society. This new enhanced format will also serve to elevate initiatives, recognize noteworthily achievements and bring visibility to the programs that shape the future of the Chaîne. 

Cuvée is created and edited each month by Brian Moto, Vice Chargé des Publications des État-Unis, and Sheryle Ulyate, Vice Chargée des Relations des État-Unis along with the designers and writers, Stefanie Beasley and Carolyn McCluster of Beasley McCusker Communications. 

Locally our articles are written by our Vice Chargée de Presse, Sadie Peyser.
